Minister
- This program is a unique combination of Vanguard University’s many years of experience, aimed at training ministers and adapted to the modern requirements of ministry in Europe.
- The program is designed for deacons and church pastors.

- Duration of study: 1 year.
Missionary
- The Institute of Contemporary Mission was created with a focus on innovation, responding to modern challenges, and development.
- Students gain knowledge of holistic mission, practice the skills they acquire, develop innovative, missional, and leadership abilities, and will be equipped with practical skills for Christian living and influencing society.
- Our strategy – we plan to train missionaries for the long term. To raise disciples who will raise other followers of Christ, who will pray, give, go, welcome, and mobilize others for strategic participation in the Great Commission to lead people to Christ.

Sound Engineer
The training and practice are led by the renowned sound engineer Serhiy Kurochkin, who has many years of experience in concert events and studio work. He is the owner of the “Gloria” studio and a live sound engineer for Jamala, Ruslana, Nancy, and many others. Currently, he is the head of the sound department at the company “BIGBU” in Spain.
Pastoral Academy
- The program is designed for active pastors and those responsible for the church with appropriate education.

Pastoral Care
- The program is designed for pastors and leaders of church ministries who seek to increase their effectiveness in counseling.
- For those who are called to serve in the area of pastoral care.
- You will gain an understanding of the basic principles of pastoral care and psychological counseling, the ethical standards of a minister, fundamentals of general and abnormal psychology, addictive behavior, and crisis conditions.
- You will master basic counseling techniques, develop observational skills, and the ability to recognize emotional and behavioral manifestations of problems.
- You will acquire the ability to integrate scientific psychological knowledge with a biblical worldview for a holistic approach to pastoral care.
- Program start – September 2025, format – 2 study days once every three months over the course of 2 years.
Teen and Youth Ministry
- The program is designed for teen and youth ministers.
- The program is focused on building and developing ministers, strengthening churches and missions, and supporting parachurch organizations.
- At the core of the program is teaching how to effectively preach the Word of God, engage with youth, and shape the new generation.
- Program start – January, format – 2 study days once every three months over the course of 2 years.
Children's Ministry Leaders
